​My journey into the world of cosmetics started with pure curiosity, but it quickly transformed into a deeply personal mission. When my father was recovering from cancer, I became hyper-aware of what we put on our bodies. I began deeply researching cosmetic ingredients, questioning conventional formulations, and looking for safer alternatives.

​What started as a quest for answers led me down a path of intense self-study through countless articles, books, and videos. But to truly master the science of personal care, I decided to back my passion with formal education. I earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Technology from IGMPI and a Certificate in Advanced Organic Formulation, specializing in the complex regulations surrounding natural and organic cosmetics.

​Today, I wear a few different hats, all dedicated to the world of clean beauty:

• Educate & Share: I document my formulating journey, research, and DIYs on YouTube and Instagram to help decode ingredients for everyone.

• ​Empower: I conduct hands-on workshops teaching others how to safely and effectively formulate their own natural personal care products and cosmetics.

• ​Formulate: I am the founder of Abhika Naturals, where I channel my formulation expertise into creating premium, handcrafted products that you can trust.
